Criminal Offense
Requesting a Visa, Green Card, or Citizenship with history of crime may require a Risk of Recidivism Evaluation. This type of evaluation evaluates the risk for criminal behavior in the future. The admission into the United States might be granted if rehabilitation is achieved, and it is not contrary to the national welfare, safety, or security of the U.S to allow this person in.
Dr. Roth has experience conducting specialized psychosocial evaluations to determine the risk of re-offense. As with all other evaluations, at the end of the evaluation process a comprehensive report showing the results and recommendations is submitted to your attorney.
